Ant’s Hill and Ant’s Nest offer a unique safari experience only three hour’s drive from Johannesburg, located on a large privately owned game reserve in the Waterberg District of Limpopo. The area is free from malaria, making it particularly suitable for families with young children. Ant’s Nest and Ant’s Hill aim to provide guests with a totally flexible activity based safari, allowing guests to choose which game viewing activities they would like to do and when. Activities included are game viewing on horseback, guided walks, mountain biking and game drives. Both properties have a swimming pool where guests can relax during the daytime heat. Their herd of over 90 horses are fit, reliable and responsive, providing a choice for both the professional rider and the absolute beginner including children.
