    Day 1 – Cape Town

    Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be greeted by your driver for a transfer to your accommodation located on the Victoria & Albert Waterfront.

    Accommodation: 4 nights African Elite Apartments – 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment.

    African Elite Apartments provide elegant serviced accommodation in one, two and three bedroom stylish apartments located around the older scenic wharves of Cape Town Harbour. The V&A Waterfront lives up to its reputation as one of the most visited attractions in Cape Town while maintaining the charm of a working harbour. All apartments are located within walking distance to restaurants and shops in the vibrant atmosphere which fills this area day and night.

    Day 2 to Day 4 – Cape Town

    Explore the highlights of Cape Town, including Table Mountain, the Cape of Good Hope, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Families can enjoy optional activities such as visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, biking or hiking scenic routes, and relaxing at nearby beaches like Camps Bay. Consider a ferry trip to Robben Island for age-appropriate tours that teach children about its history (all activities or touring at your own arrangement and expense).

    Day 5 – Hermanus Area

    This morning you will be collected from your accommodation and transfer by road to your first safari lodge located in the Hermanus Area. Arriving in time for lunch and then an afternoon activity. (LD)

    Accommodation: 3 nights Mosaic Lagoon Lodge.

    Hidden amongst ancient milk wood trees, discover a place of extraordinary beauty for contemplation and adventure. Tucked away near the picturesque village of Stanford, Mosaic is the Cape’s answer to the luxury African sanctuary lodge.

    One of South Africa’s finest hidden gems on the Cape Whale Coast, Mosaic is on the Hermanus Lagoon, by the pristine Walker Bay Beach on the Atlantic and has magnificent views of the Overberg Mountains.  Mosaic is a boutique guest resort where luxury is laced with earthly beauty and heavenly night skies.

    As the name suggests, Mosaic offers the most multifaceted experience in the area with 1000 hectares of conservation land and over 3 km of frontage on the beautiful Hermanus Lagoon. Activities at Mosaic include being immersed in awesome fynbos flowers and bird-life of the Cape Floral Kingdom, lagoon cruises, stunning beaches, fascinating marine life and some of the world’s most beautiful wine lands. This is topped off with warm smiling staff serving fresh cuisine paired with delicious South African wine. Mosaic is also centrally located to whale watching, marine tours, shark cage diving and exploring the Overberg Wine Region, and the perfect location for nature and activity lovers.

    Day 6 to Day 7 – Hermanus Area

    You have two full days to enjoy activities such as quad biking, whale watching, guided nature walks, and kayaking or boat cruises. In addition to the activities offered by your lodge there are other activities that can be organised at additional expense. (BLD)

    Day 8 – Sanbona Wildlife Reserve

    After breakfast, you will be transferred, by road, to your next safari lodge. After lunch join in a shared game viewing activity. (BLD)

    Accommodation: 3 nights Gondwana Family Lodge.

    With views of the magnificent Anysberg Mountains and overlooking the Bellair Dam, Gondwana Family Lodge is the perfect sanctuary for family, friends and groups.

    This spacious thatched Lodge offers guests a sense of modern comfort with a touch of bush authenticity. Interconnecting rooms, indoor and outdoor play areas and a child-friendly pool cater for guests of all ages plus the programme offers educational and recreational wildlife experiences. A Relaxation Retreat with an extensive menu of therapies and treatments, including a steam room offers a serene ending to a fun-filled day.

    Day 9 to Day 10 – Sanbona Wildlife Reserve

    Two full days to explore the wildlife reserve with the activities offered by your lodge. This includes nature drives and guided walks. (BLD)

    Today you will transfer back to Cape Town Airport for your onward arrangements (B)
