    Day 1 - Lake Malawi

    On arrival at Lilongwe Airport you will be met and board your light aircraft transfer to Likoma Island. When landed you will be transferred to your accommodation. (LD)

    Accommodation: 3 nights Kaya Mawa.

    Set among fine golden sand, mango trees and ancient baobabs, the Kaya Mawa reaps the spoils of a timeless seaside location. Relaxation is a key activity here, but not the only one. There are endless ways to make the most of this water wonderland with water-skiing, kayaking, sailing, fishing and fantastic diving to see the famed lake’s plethora of fresh water fish species – more than any other lake in the world.

    Each room is individually designed in partnership with Katundu Textiles, a workshop set up on the island to empower single mothers. All the workforce come from the neighbouring villages and have been trained on site. The result – a uniquely stunning lodge with a feeling of contemporary rustic whilst ultimately chic.

    Day 2 to Day 3 - Lake Malawi

    Enjoy your time at this beach side resort by relaxing or taking advantage of the many activities provided by the resort. (BLD)

    Day 4 - End of Kaya Mawa Stay

    After breakfast, and morning activity if time permits, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Lilongwe. (B)
