Kuname Lodge

You will be met on arrival into Hoedspruit Airport and transferred by road to the lodge. After lunch you will experience your first game drive in an open 4X4 safari vehicle with ranger and tracker, followed by dinner. (LD)

Start the day with a guided bush walk and learn about the medicinal uses of the various trees and the deep cultural connections to the fauna and flora of the African culture. The walk will give you the opportunity to get a closer look at animal tracks and be fascinated by birds and smaller creatures. After lunch you will follow the scenic route to the Blyde River for a fantastic boat trip to experience the Canyon (please note that the boat trip may be replaced with a trip to the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre depending on river conditions). Return to the lodge in time for a delicious dinner. (BLD)

Enjoy morning and late afternoon game activities on the reserve. This evening experience a traditional boma dinner while being entertained by the local dancers. (BLD)

Today enjoy an all day trip to the renowned Kruger National Park. Depart early this morning for a full day in the famous park and enjoy a packed breakfast within the park. While enjoying the variety of wildlife you’ll visit the various lookout points in the Kruger National Park. Return to the Karongwe in time for a fabulous dinner. (BLD)

The final early morning game drive will be taken before transferring to Hoedspruit Airport. (B)
