Day 1 - Entebbe
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will proceed to clear immigrations and custom procedures. Thereafter, you will be met by a representative from Primate Expeditions just outside the baggage area and transferred to the hotel (normal check-in time is 14h00).
Accommodation: 1 night The Boma Hotel.
The Boma Hotel is Entebbe’s original and most exclusive hotel, set in tropical gardens in a leafy suburb, a few minutes drive from Entebbe International Airport. The rooms combine the modern comforts one expects today with the charm and character of the original 1940’s home. Day 2 - Bwindi National Park
This morning after an early breakfast you will be met and transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your morning Aerolink flight to Kihihi. On arrival at Kihihi airstrip you will be met by a representative from Mahogany Springs and transferred to the lodge. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure with an optional visit to Ride4Woman project and Buhoma community hospital (no extra costs). (BLD)

Day 3 - Bwindi National Park
Today you will set off on your Uganda gorilla trekking adventure in the Bwindi National Park, home to half of the world’s total mountain gorilla population. While trekking through the dense forest you will have the opportunity to view the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. Looking deep into the expressive brown eyes of the Gentle Giants of the Bwindi surely is the most exciting and poignant wildlife encounter that Africa has to offer. After this captivating and unforgettable experience you will head back to the lodge. (BLD)
GORILLA TRACKING: The journey, through dense foliage and up steep climbs, is abundantly rewarded with the lifetime experience of viewing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. You will have an opportunity to be within metres of these magnificent apes, sharing in their daily lives and experiencing their day-to-day activities. Mountain gorillas are extremely rare with only an estimated 850 remaining in the wild. This is an experience you won’t easily forget!
Day 4 - End of your Gorillas in the Mist Trek
After breakfast you will be transferred to Kihihi airstrip for your Aerolink flight to Entebbe. On arrival at Entebbe Airport you will connect with your onward flight. (B)
