The Melbourne Consulate of Tanzania will permanently close effective 30 September 2017, after 15 years of service to the travellers.
Their last working day will be Thursday, 28 September. Any applications received until this date will be processed and dispatched as usual.
We have received information from the consulate to state that any Tanzania visa applications after 28 September will not be processed as their PO Box address will be closed.
We recommend that travellers to Tanzania obtain their visa upon arrival in Tanzania.
