On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport you will be transferred by road to Hwange National Park. This transfer takes approximately 2 hours. At the entrance to the Park, you will be met by a representative from Somalisa Camp and continue with your game drive transfer through the Hwange National Park to the camp. (D)

A small intimate tented camp tucked away under a canopy of acacia trees. This is an authentic bush camp, a blend of old African charm and elegance together with an exclusive safari experience. This unbeatable wild elephant sanctuary is known for its large herds of elephant and the Somalisa Concession in Hwange National Park offers you private wildlife encounters from the minute you step out of your tent. Somalisa having only 12 beds has been designed as an environmentally low impact camp giving you a barefoot luxury experience with understated elegance. Positioned alongside is Somalisa Acacia, a charming camp catering for only eight guests with three twin bedded en-suite tents, a family tent, dining and lounge areas. The simple but luxurious tents are on slightly raised decks, enjoying private views of a small waterhole, frequented by large herds of big game including buffalo, elephant, kudu, zebra, giraffe, and even lion. Children from 7 years are welcome.
