Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by your private guide and transferred to your accommodation. A pre-safari briefing will be conducted to discuss the upcoming adventure and answer any questions you may have. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge. (D)
Accommodation: 2 nights Green Hills Lodge
Green Hills Lodge in Usa River, near Arusha, offers a tranquil retreat with sweeping views of Mount Meru. The lodge's rooms are designed for comfort and elegance, complemented by modern amenities to ensure a restful stay. Guests can savour authentic Tanzanian flavours and international classics at the on-site restaurant, where fresh, locally sourced ingredients showcase the region's culinary heritage. Additional facilities include a wellness centre, outdoor pool and lush gardens, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
After breakfast, transfer to Tarangire National Park for an exciting day of game viewing. Renowned for its ancient baobab trees and one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania, the park offers an authentic sense of wilderness and spectacular wildlife encounters.
