Day 1 - Victoria Falls
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport you will be met and transferred by road to your accommodation. This transfer takes approximately 20 minutes, during which time your driver will give you a brief but informative commentary on the area and places of interest.
In the late afternoon enjoy the Zambezi Royal Sundowner cruise on the Zambezi River. The total cruise time is approximately 3 hours. From the boats, sightings of elephant, giraffe and even rhino coming down to the river to drink are common. There are also abundant, hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. An experienced guide accompanies each cruise and has good knowledge on the wildlife and local history of the area.

Day 2 - Victoria Falls
After breakfast a morning scheduled Tour of the Falls. A natural phenomenon and one of the seven natural Wonders of the World, the Victoria Falls is an immense curtain of water cascading over 100m. Around 550 million litres flow over the edge every minute, at peak flow this increases to 750 million litres. Around the Falls is rainforest sustained by the spray of the Falls with some plant species rarely found elsewhere in Zambia or Zimbabwe. (B)
Day 3 - Victoria Falls

This evening you are transferred to the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge estate for a fabulous dinner at The Boma – Dinner & Drum Show. The Boma is a legendary dining and entertainment experience that offers an unforgettable fusion of mouth-watering local cuisine, energetic dance performances, interactive drumming and traditional storytelling. The four-course meal includes a delicious platter of starters, soup from the campfire, a braai (barbecue) buffet, followed by a selection of desserts.
Day 4 - Hwange National Park
Following breakfast, a road transfer takes you from Batonka Guest Lodge to Dete Siding to connect with the Elephant Express. The Elephant Express was introduced in 2015; it is a unique railcar, ingeniously designed and built to offer an unforgettable activity to and between the camps in Southern Hwange National Park. Board the Elephant Express and feel like you have been transported back in time to an era when safari by rail was part of the adventure. (BLD)
The Elephant Express seats 22 passengers and the finishes are comfortable and elegant. They include individual coach seating, a chemical toilet, teak tables, plenty of space for luggage and a large aisle that allows guests to walk around comfortably and provide unrestricted game viewing.
On arrival at the Ngoma Siding, you will be met for your game drive transfer to your lodge.
Accommodation: 3 nights Bomani Tented Lodge.
This luxurious tented lodge with nine large luxury tents and a family bungalow is situated in a private concession on the edge of the Hwange National Park. Each room is elegantly furnished, comfortable, with a private en-suite bathroom and electricity. Overlooking a pan the lodge comprises of dining area, lounge, bar and viewing platform with fireplaces providing warmth during the winter evenings. Bomani is famous for its unique scenery as well as large herds of elephant and other resident animals and birdlife. The knowledgeable guides offer an unforgettable safari experience in traditional open safari vehicles, and night drives. Game viewing blinds at some of the waterholes are ideal for wildlife photography. Take the opportunity to enjoy a peek at rural village life with its daily activities, and a visit to a nearby school for some ‘class interaction’. Children from 7 years are welcome.
Day 5 to Day 6 - Hwange National Park

Day 7 - Hwange National Park
After breakfast, depart on your game drive transfer to Nehimba Lodge, via Hwange Main Camp. This transfer takes approximately 3 hours. (BLD)
